We knew there were a few things to be fixed and a few things we wanted to update. We evaluated and prioritized the tasks to be done and how much time we had to make it all happen. Then we began making necessary repairs and and painting some of the rooms. We also watched as our beautiful yard was ripped out to put in a new septic system (that was hard).
