This photo was taken the first time we walked from The Lookout to the Atlantic.<\/p>\n

We fell in love with The Lookout and made an offer to buy it before we knew how we would access the beach. Being located on the sound side, we figured we'd have to do a bit of walking to get to the ocean. When we discovered that the closest beach access was just a 5 minute walk we considered ourselves the luckiest buyers ever. We are so grateful and feel we have the best of both worlds - lovely views of the sound and ocean, plus a quick walk gets our toes in the sand.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>
